Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Great but new system is difficult

The staff are absolutely wonderful, but the new system for booking appointments which you need to go online to use is slow and cumbersome. It's also not very accessible for the elderly who may not have online access/are not computer-literate. The new callback system for phone appointments is also a problem, as if you miss the call which you are waiting for you miss the appointment. In spite of all this, the surgery is excellent for emergency appointments.
