This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. Rushed appointment led to wrong prescription

My experience with the Hollies Surgery hasn't been so good. My wife needed a longer consultation so booked a double appointment with Dr Funnell, but it felt like he didn't have time to take notice and only used half of our allotted time. We then went to pick up my wife's medication a couple days before we were due to go on holiday, and it turned out to be the wrong amount of everything. I think this mistake was partly down to how rushed the appointment was.
