This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Great booking system

The surgery has a new online booking system so you communicate with a doctor directly in order to get an appointment. Some issues can be sorted there and then online and this new system has really improved access to appointments. I can still telephone or walk in to request an appointment and the telephone queue has been greatly reduced thanks to this new online system. If I need to be seen I can be seen very quickly as the doctor can deal with a lot online so less face to face appointments are needed. Since this new system has been introduced I think access to appointments has been greatly improved and the doctors can work more efficiently too.
