Everyone is looked after

On the whole we're happy. Because it's small it's a bit more of a family. The residents are looked after. The staff are good and the owner always talks to the residents. There are activities but she prefers not to take part. We've made friends with some of the staff, they ring us up if there's any problems. The food always smells nice, you can tell its fresh. Our sister likes the mash and gravy. There's always a choice. The home supported her to cut down on her smoking which has improved her health a lot. They still go out of their way to take her out for her one cigarette a day, which she'd agreed with the doctor, it's important to her.
