This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Three day stay at the QEH

I had post-operation complications and so came to A&E and was seen very quickly and then admitted. I ended up staying there for three days and the staff were lovely and very reassuring. I obviously had luck on my side as I ended up on a ward in a side room on my own, which meant I was able to get some sleep. When I arrived at A&E there were no beds, but that just meant I was in the A&E department for a bit longer, however I was still being treated at this point so this wasn't too much of a problem. The staff work incredibly hard here!
