Too much trouble

I took my partner to a&e as he woke to tingling sensation in arms and numbness in his legs. He also kept falling over and didn't know when he needed to urinate. After 3hrs we were sent home and told they couldn't find anything wrong and see Dr if not sorted in a week. Six months down the line on attending another clinic we were informed that it was thought he'd had a stroke when we attended a&e. Surely we should of been told this at the time.
