This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Can't complain

The surgeon operated on me even though I am on palliative care which has made me able to eat some solid food again which has been a blessing. He is planning to do it again when I need it as well. I really can't complain about the amount and cost of the treatment I am having. I had a bad stay in Elm ward, the sister was a bit rude and there was only one walker between the 14 of us which meant getting anywhere was nearly impossible. They did not put my name and the fact that I was on a liquid diet above my bed and all I got offered was a sausage roll which I could not eat.
