I've fretted from a lack of information

Frailty Same Day Emergency Care The care has been okay but I have fretted from a lack of information and I still don't know too much. I came in by ambulance and now I'm thinking it seems to have been a bit of a panic when it didn't need to be. I do feel a bit informed now but half of it is guess work. It would have been good to have had more information all the way through. I did ask and the nurse I spoke to was not able to say. It was very noisy and difficult to sleep. The staff need training on shutting doors. I was near a staff toilet and the door was banging and the hinges needed grease. I've had no rest and it will be good to get home.
