Good but some issues

I had an operation on my tongue and also another operation at the same time. They coordinated it so that both were done at the same time because I have problems being anaesthetised. This was organised by ENT which was very good. The operations went well, but I had to stay overnight for no reason because one department forgot to discharge me. I was discharged by one department and not the other. I also had issues because I needed a hoist and let them know in advance but they couldn't offer me one.
