Often kept waiting

I haven't had an appointment cancelled and they always ring you first to check you're going for your 6 month check up. You do wait a while, while you're there but I can't complain about procedures. I visit the bowel disease department. They are very good but it's just the waiting times. When you're kept waiting, you have the added worry about parking. You don't need more worry when you're already at the hospital. I had an incident a few years ago in A&E where they weren't sure whether they could save the top of my finger. They treated me well but had to send me to the N&N at 11 o'clock at night because they didn't have the expertise. Could have been dealt with easier in my opinion.
