    Good and terrible experiences

It feels like a miserable place to go into. The building should be pulled down. I've had good experiences there and some terrible. I've had to phone for an appointment recently as my appointment was not brought forward so I had to chase them myself. The receptionist was not on the desk when I got there and could not force a smile when they did arrive. Morale feels very low, I don't feel like ward staff engage very well.
