This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. Disastrous administration

Administration disaster! I got a letter apologising for changing my appointment, which changed by 5 minutes! What's the point? I had day surgery several years ago on my knee, the food and catering was very good and they offered vegetarian options. However after 8 years of saying I had a stroke they have admitted the anaesthetist got the epidural wrong and I've been partly paralysed ever since. I am still seeing someone there now about my knee and they're sending me somewhere else for my hip - I don't know what they're doing. I've also used cardiology for the weight clinic and in surgery clinic, there's 3 people for a job that one could do, I thought there was a staff shortage? There's an extra nurse there just to hold your coat and ones sat around just drinking tea. Surgically they are brilliant, it's just everything else. My wife has chronic heart failure and we've already been told that the next consultant appointment has been cancelled. I can't fault the cleanliness of the hospital, administration lets it down 100%.
