As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Medication issues

For my chemotherapy pills i have to wait 40 minutes for them before i can collect them and by the time my appointment is over at the hospital, the pharmacy is then closed. The hospital wont send my pills to the doctors surgery and i always have to chase them up. It took them a week to send my medication recently and that is the fourth time there has been delays and you have to push too.
