Need to listen to patients

When we last attended an appointment for my daughter who has a few medical conditions, we had a poor experience as it was a different doctor and they just wouldn't listen and kept saying to just give her more of the same medication and admit her which wouldn't have helped. She was so shallow I knew something wasn't right as she struggled to get on her clothes. The nursing staff where brilliant but sometimes its that middle level of doctors that don't want to listen.
