Vulnerable patient left unsupervised

My husband had an aneurysm which surgeons operated on amazingly and which we'll always be thankful for. We just thought the aftercare could do with improvement. For example, when I went to visit him he wasn't in his bed; due to his mental state he went wandering around the ward, and no one had noticed. He had no supervision and he was vulnerable, it could have been a lot worse. Also, no one came round to empty his urine bottle and when he came to be discharged we had to wait 7 hours - even after he we had picked up his prescription.
