Original Feedback for The Queen Elizabeth Hospital:

Saved my life

The treatment I received at the Medical Assessment Unit and intensive care saved my life. Initially, the hospital wrongly diagnosed me, which I why I've not given them four stars. However, after two days my condition deteriorated so I was rushed to MAU and then intensive care where I was placed in an induced coma. They had to fly a specialist consultant in who was on holiday at the time, who operated quickly on me before I got worse. I'm now fully recovered and so grateful to him. I also experienced, psychosis-like symptoms as a result of being placed in a coma. They communicated well to me that this would be a side effect and helped me manage my symptoms.
