Original Feedback for The Queen Elizabeth Hospital:

On 7th Nov I was knocked down by my dog

I injured my foot. I was taken to A&E by my neighbour about 8am, the receptionist at A&E was very helpful and got me a wheelchair. I was seen by the sister and sent for an x-ray. On my return to A&E, sister informed me that I had broken three mets and needed a temp plaster. Whilst talking to the sister, I mentioned I was a carer and my husband has dementia. She immediately picked up the phone and spoke to someone in the hospital. She told me she had contacted the RATS team and they would come and have a word with me, if I would like. They may be able to offer some help. A nurse came to see and I could not believe the information she gave me and informed me of all the help that was available for vulnerable people leaving hospital. I am well on the road to recovery thanks to the wonderful sister and lovely RATS team, who by the way rang at home the next day to see if I was okay.
