Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Brancaster Outpatients

The care is good, I have been given information about who to contact if I need some advice or have a question. My appointments do occasionally feel rushed although I don't normally have to sit and wait too long for my appointment. The waiting area is a bit dull, they have moved the children's play area away from the wall art and there seems to be less toys to keep them busy while I wait. It doesn't look very inviting. The three things most important for my care are: Not being rushed Being listened to Consistency in who I see
