    As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along.     Unfair CQC rating

    The QEH does not deserve an Inadequate rating from the CQC. The report fails to take into account the difficulty of recruiting to the locality and the ageing population the locality covers. I am very satisfied with the treatment I receive from the staff in the Ophthalmology Clinic and I am very confident with the care. I am given time to answer questions and have no issues at all. The three most important things for my care are: Confidence in the staff Availability of qualified staff Friendliness/approachable and feeling part of the treatment plan
