This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

    Make it relevant to the review

    As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along.     Discharge Lounge

    I was expecting to be discharged home directly from the ward however I was taken to the Discharge Lounge to wait for my medication and discharge letter. The process for this was explained to me on the ward so I know they have to wait for the doctor to complete the paperwork and the beds are needed. I have no complaints and the staff are friendly and make sure you are as comfortable as you can be whilst you wait to go home.
