Everything brilliant
26th November 2018Everything about the treatment I've received at both the cardiology and cancer departments has been brilliant. One thing that really annoys me though is that staff have to pay for their parking!

Didn't fit heart monitor properly
26th November 2018I've got a weak heart so had to go for a check up, but they fitted my heart monitor then called me up to say it wasn't even working properly. I then had to go all the way to Dersingham to get it sorted. I've got multiple conditions, including mental health problems, that's the last thing I needed.

A&E has been really quick
23rd November 2018I've been to A&E twice in the last year (I'm very accident-prone), and both times I haven't had to wait long at all. I'm really impressed.

No follow up about cystoscopy
23rd November 2018My husband was meant to have a cystoscopy as part of a check up two weeks after he had been discharged from hospital, but we never had any follow up from anyone. I had to go to the hospital desk myself and track down the relevant person. It was frustrating, but the care he received was brilliant once he got it.

Need more supportive doctors
22nd November 2018I didn't think the last round of care I received was particularly adequate. I went to A&E with stomach problems, but the doctor told me I didn't need to be there. A day later they had got worse, and I was back there for three nights! I just think that they need more supportive doctors.

Spent 8 hours in a corridor
22nd November 2018I've been up here for my heart to cardiac clinic in outpatients which was fine, but my father-in-law went to A&E and spent 8 hours in a corridor. The care was good but there just isn't the capacity.
