This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Neglected clear instructions

Neglected clear instructions, supposedly lost paperwork including a DNR only to work on for the duration of call and then a further 19 minutes for it to miraculously appear by the paramedics and on top of that didn’t check her on a regular left her for hours in waste and urine knowing a catheter should be fitted at all times and did nothing until we told them they needed to get her help. But guess what she died the next morning and the urologist said had they got her the ambulance when we said she would’ve survived she couldn’t talk or converse it took over 3 hrs to notify us of her death
