This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Good or awful

The on line service is good when it works but so many times it doesn't and then it is awful. Getting a HRT prescription is so difficult. The HRT form is not an option on the repeat medication section so took numerous messages before that was sent to me. Then given different messages about whether I needed a clinical call. When told by pharmacy they would send the prescription to my pharmacy, they didn't. Now can't get through to the pharmacy on phone.
