This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. I have personally had no issues or difficulties when dealing with The Woottons Southgates practices. I find the online system very useful however I believe that there are also many ways that the system can be improved further. The way I connect with my doctor or health care professionals has changed and for a 33 year old many of these changes have been positive. Being able to request my repeat prescriptions through NHS app is so much faster and hassle free than before. The ability to send a quick message to receptionist during the day is also ideal. Sadly I understand that due to a lack of common sense the system has had to be closed in the evenings when there is no one available to monitor it. Maybe some kind of link up to 111 is necessary.
