Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Getting through on the phone is hard

When we moved here they were brilliant but since they joined with Southgate surgery it's not been the same. They might answer the phone if you're lucky! I've waited 12 minutes 4 seconds before - I timed it and wrote a complaint letter. I got a reply but it didn't really solve the issue. When my husband sees the doctor though, they're very good with him and good at dealing with his dementia.
