This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. trying to order repeat prescription

I usually use the practice re-order page to request repeat prescriptions and have no problem with the system. It is Easter Saturday and I have tried to place a request for a repeat prescription only to find that not only is the practice closed but so is the online ordering service. I have tried to log myself in to the fancy site and failed due to the amount of extra proof of identity that is required above and beyond getting a log in password from the surgery. I see no logical explanation why I can't place a prescription request when the surgery is closed as it is an online system that does not actually require a human being present at your end to receive it
