This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Refused to be seen by my doctor

Rang this morning to request a doctor appointment to discuss medication told doctor would call me back. Waited until 4.30 no call so called the surgery to be told he wouldn’t see me due to a disagreement we have had! Last time I spoke to him we had no disagreement however as he wouldn’t listen to me I had to call 111 and the doctor who I spoke to wasn’t happy with the doctor so gave me a prescription and sent a message to the doctor to call me the next day my partner spoke to him my medication was changed and he asked if I could see him in 2 weeks! No disagreement. I feel completely let down by theatre royal surgery and will be making a complaint
