Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Almost impossible to talk to

To make an appointment you have to call the second it turns 8:30. I struggle with fatigue so this is already difficult. Multiple times I've done this just to wait about 10 Mins to be hung up on. Even if I get an appointment they give you no time frame of when the call will be of you miss it good luck trying again. It's awful! I just want to be able to call my doctor's and make an appointment.
