Lack of professionalism

I was called in to an appointment by a nurse, who called me in by my first name. I had come in for a contraceptive injection and the nurse thought I was having a blood test. When I said that wasn’t the case she said it ‘must be’ because of my first name. I checked the surname she had, which was wrong. There was another patient with my name but another surname. Possibly my fault for not waiting until she called the surname too, but this could have been a major error. The nurse was very dismissive and did not apologise for this. Such a shame, as I have always had previous positive experiences at the practice.
