This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Better communication with home surgery needed

There have been communication issues with my surgery back at home (as I am a UEA student) - I had blood tests done at home recently but the surgery here insisted I had them done again which took another month by the time the results had come back. This slowed down a referral which I really needed especially in regards to getting medical support for my university work. The support generally has been good apart from this.
