Kind friendly staff
8th May 2025I always find the staff kind and friendly and I can usually get an appointment when I need one. It's good and works well for me.

Once here it is very good
8th May 2025Once here it is very good, but the phone can be difficult. You can be number 21 or 25 in the queue and it can take a while to get through. The phone system needs to be better. I do understand you can only have so many people on the phones but the wait is frustrating. It seems you can only book on the day not ahead.

Quick and easy today
8th May 2025It was quick today and very easy. I was sent an appointment and all has gone well. Staff are good. The only thing I would say is that when your name comes up on the screen to say it's your turn there is no sound so if I had not been looking at the screen I could have missed it.

It's not been so good for me
8th May 2025I had a blood test appointment recently and I admit I did arrive a few minutes late. When I got to reception the receptionist was not very polite and said I was too late and couldn't have the blood test and suggested I went to Wisbech or Kings Lynn instead. On my way to the hospital I had a call from the person who was meant to be doing the blood test asking where I was. I explained what had happened and she said it was a shame as she did have space for me.

The phone is a nightmare
8th May 2025Waiting on the phone takes ages and when you get through you speak to someone who is not really qualified. I don't like giving information to someone who is not the doctor. Also when you do get to see the doctor you may have two or three things wrong but they will only deal with one thing in each appointment. This is after a 1/2 hour wait in the waiting room. I think the doctors do their best its just there doesn't seem to be enough of them or enough time.

Mostly brilliant
8th May 2025The place is brilliant apart from making an appointment on the phone. I was number 22 in the queue today so I came down to make the appointment in person. The receptionist I saw was very helpful and I'm all booked in.

It's all very good
8th May 2025You are always able to get an appointment although sometimes you have to wait for the appointment when you get here. The staff are very good and it all seems to work. It's all very good.

Always a good service
8th May 2025The service is always good whenever I come. The availability of appointments seems good and the staff are good. I have always had a good service here. No complaints.

The staff are very lovely
8th May 2025The staff are very lovely and it is generally very good. Sometimes it can be a long wait on the telephone which is frustrating but otherwise it is good.
