This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Unable to see GP face to face

In the past it has been very good and the staff are always very helpful, however recently I have not been able to see a GP. I first had a problem in January this year and there has still not been a diagnosis. I have had blood tests and had to wait for scans then the results, and I think it would have been much better if the doctor had examined me when the problem first occurred. I have only had a telephone consultation and I think things would have been much better if I had seen a GP face to face. It is now October and I have still not seen a GP.
