This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. This practice is awful

I don’t have constant access to a telephone during the day, so it is impossible to get a medical issue resolved at this practice. They telephone once, without prior notice and then close the query if I don’t answer even though they have been told I don’t have access to a phone during the day. Give me a date and time for a phone call and I will ensure I am by a phone, but they don’t bother. I have been trying to resolve a medical problem for nearly 5 weeks now and have got nowhere.
