This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. Disgraceful

My husband has been in the N&N for the last 3 months. He has lost his speech and memory and was critical for the first 10 days he was there. This all stems from the day he first fell ill and the actions of the surgery. I rang them to say how ill he was and the doctor rang back and left a prescription for me to collect. This made him worse and I ended up having to call an ambulance. I don't see how a doctor can diagnose someone over the phone. It really is beyond me. I can't find out which doctor it was, as they won't tell me.
