Bad attitudes

It takes too long to book appointments, August I wanted an appointment - they offered October! Deaf Connexions tried to bring it forward but they switched doctor, I'd asked for a woman but they switched me and didn't tell me. I find the receptionist quite difficult, I've had a few arguments. Some are good but I've found some people's poor attitude dealing with deaf. Appointments are only 5 minutes and they need to be longer, feels rushed. Reception feels quite high - I can only see their eyes, it'd be easier if they stood up so I could see their face. I wanted to switch practice because of the attitudes but others are full.
