  Chaotic, I'm not sure if it's the organisation or the volume but you can go 3 times to get your prescription with the queue out of the door. I feel sorry for the staff. The pharmacist is constantly changing.

  I'm not a person to complain but they're not all they could be. I collect my prescription every 2 months, often they can't find your drugs or you paperwork. You often have to come back. All the girls are helpful and friendly but it feels like they don't have systems in place.

• Dreadful Service. Proper Management Required

  Prescription rarely ready when it should be, despite having been sent electronically from the docs next door 3 days before. The latest wait was for 6 DAYS!!!!! Staff are often surly, and jobsworths. They don't care that sick people are being inconvenienced.

  They are very good. Ever so helpful and give good advice. You find that things tend to get stuck more with GPs.

  You fill in your slip in the surgery and then pick it up next door. There can be a bit of a wait while they get everything together but they are generally quite good.

  Each time I put my repeat prescription into my GP surgery, it is then transferred to the pharmacy. I have to wait three days before I can pick up my prescription and not until 3pm. The staff are not helpful at all sometimes. One of my prescriptions is for a pain relief patch which I have to collect the prescription from the surgery to then hand it to the pharmacy. The pharmacy then do not have this stocked and have to order it, so I then have to wait another day before I can pick it up.
