Treatment not suitable for OCD

If you're 'well enough' that you don't qualify for a psychiatrist appointment you get offered treatment via the wellbeing service, however, I found that the treatment wasn't suitable for my OCD. I wanted something more and had two assessments over a year and a half before they would refer me on to a psychiatrist; if you don't meet the criteria on the forms they seem to leave you until you're literally falling apart.
