Non-existent service

It felt like a non-existent service. Like I was continually waiting for something that never happened. I was constantly waiting for a professional but I felt like I got the trainee without any experience of the subject. Shockingly appalling. It felt like there was a gender bias against men - based on my experience of the services and what other people I know have said. Explanation of treatment was non-existent, because there wasn't really any treatment.
