The surgery is good
4th November 2024The surgery is good. You can get an appointment. If you ring them up you can have an appointment within two weeks. The doctor is really nice and I've seen a nurse there for other things.

Good communication
10th September 2024My appointment today was running very late and the receptionist spoke to each person waiting for that doctor to apologise and give a rough idea of how long it would be. Much appreciated.

GP helping to find medication alternative
5th July 2024The tablets I'm on have been discontinued, I've almost ran out. The GP is helping, they rang the hospital to ask them about alternatives. There are some good GPs there. One or two that are good but others aren't so good. One shouted at me and I felt scared.

Thorough and polite
20th May 2024I saw John the nurse practitioner today and he examined the problem thoroughly, was empathic and explained the options well.

You can never get an appointment
7th May 2024You can never get an appointment when you need one. Sometimes I need one for my daughter on the same day, I need it now not in several weeks. Even for same day appointments I don't always get one. Sometimes they run late for appointments and sometimes I just feel I am being passed from pillar to post

No issues here, all very good.
7th May 2024All the nurses I see are really lovely. Appointments are okay I can book ahead for when I need. I have no issues here, it's all very good.

Everyone is very good and kind
7th May 2024The nurse was very informative, very careful and put my mind at ease. I did have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment and whilst that was generally okay one issue would have been better if I had been seen earlier. Everyone is very good and kind.

The service has improved
7th May 2024Overall the service has improved but the wait time to get an appointment is not good. I tried to make an appointment today but the wait is nearly a month and I think I will be better by then. The reception team used to be super rude but now they show empathy. It's now better.

Most of the staff are friendly
7th May 2024Most of the staff are friendly but some are not so friendly. They tend to rush you and if you have anxiety that's not so good. It's not bad I just think it could be better. Sometimes the appointments are not on time.

Never had a bad experience
7th May 2024It's seams like they need more doctors and nurses and you sometimes struggle to get an appointment. The care when you are being seen is brilliant. I have been seeing the same doctor for 17 years. Everybody is pleasant, the nurses, doctors and receptionists. I have never had a bad experience.
