This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Actively hindered access to healthcare

After a years of ignoring a muskular-skeletal issue it became so bad that I could not work. I do not qualify for benefits so this is a major issue. When I tried to pay for the diagnosis and treatment privately, the practice wasted so much time with my paper work that by the time my situation was unbearable I was seen as a matter of urgency privately, which is of course expensive. This is a very short version of the considerable "chances for improvement" that this practice has exhibited in this instance, and I could cite several more. The people at the practice wait until it is too late before doing too little. At least let us pay for our own, proactive healthcare when we want to, even if we can't really afford it, some of us don't get sick pay or benefits.
