It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. Have had to go private

I am now booked in for a procedure that I no longer need after being told it would be a 2 year wait. I just want to talk to a doctor about it but I can not get past the receptionist to talk to one. Next week I could be taking an appointment away from someone who needs it but I want to check with someone with medical experience before I cancel it. I have had to pay £1000 to have it done privately, to do this I needed forms from my doctor which they wanted to charge me £26 each for and it would take 6-8 weeks to come through, told them not to bother, but they still turned up, photo copied badly and hand written so they were unreadable and they wanted to charge me and I refused. I feel like all the medical decisions are being made by non clinical staff with no knowledge and I find the staff unhelpful and patronising.
