This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. receptionist/admin very unhelpful

I spent over 20 minutes in a queue on the phone, finally answered. I requested an appointment with a Doctor, I was told in no uncertain terms that I could not see a doctor but could have a phone call with a nurse. I explained that I had just been speaking to the hospital regarding an appointment I am waiting for & they advised me I need to see my Doctor to progress my appointment quicker. I was told that she could not give me an appointment to see a doctor. I explained again that is an ongoing issue, I had seen him before & needed to see him again. She looked at my notes & said I can't see that you have seen a Doctor recently only a nurse. I explained that I saw him November/December '20, I was then told she would have to look through my notes and get back to me......... 24 hrs later - I'm still waiting.
