Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Keep the language and tone civil
Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who visits your service page on our website, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

Awful

Rang the surgery for an urgent appointment which hospital said I should do. Called them and they said a doctor will call that morning. No call so I called back at 3pm and was told that doctor was running late and would call within next half hour. Still no call. Phoned next morning and was told the doctor had tried to call at 1pm yesterday and said someone had answered the phone saying that this was incorrect number. I know this to be a dishonest statement as they have always rang me on the number I provided without any problems. They have done this before with my wife and said they tried to call but couldn’t get through. They are a dishonest practice . Iv also know other people who are registered at that practice to have had exactly the same problem. Also receptionist (not all) can be quite rude and abrupt. Not good enough!!! Things seriously need to change and soon
