Poor experience

I have been referred to a specialist service after seeing them three days in a row. Had to see them twice and arrange two appointments for them to extend my fit note despite them telling me that they don't have capacity to see patients regularly for fit notes. I gave them a copy of my occupational health assessment. Took two appointments and phone calls plus online form for the note to be extended. Also took two appointments for them to send me someone else for my leg because the first Dr didn't do anything. How can you say on the one hand that you have too much to do then not action what could so easily could have been actioned straight away. They told me my attitude was bad when I in fact am struggling with a personality disorder. I even had a letter from occupational health sent to them confirming that I was not ready for work. It seems they only want to see you if it makes their job easy and they don't have to think about the bigger picture of your care. Happy to put the responsibility on you when they don't have all the facts because they make things too complicated. I try to make things easier by providing information about what I have been doing but there is always something they will blame me for.
