Awful receptionists and other concerns

Receptionists are very rude and tell you they've sorted medications, then you end up having to go without your needed medications because they lied about sending them. You try to complain and they don't have the time of day for you. I went through almost every doctor here to even get anywhere with my health issues, which shows a huge lack of compassion by most of them. The most qualified nurse is supposed to be able to deal with a huge range of things they said, yet when I brought my child in on new years eve last year they told me my child was fine and told me I was overreacting, yet I ended up down A&E that night, as my child had a severe throat infection.. Which was diagnosed literally the second the A&E doc looked at her as it was impossible to miss, they said. Also I asked not be on a certain medication so they gave it to me under the medical name instead of the brand name, hoping I would t notice, only to be informed by the pharmacy that they are entirely the same drug. As a patient here I really do feel the lack of empathy and professionalism at times.
