I think its a communication mix up

It says Paradise (Paradise Road) but it's not. The driver didn't turn up with my medication so I came in to complain. I think I've been put on the naughty step. I think it's a communication mix up, but the staff have been helpful today.

The service in generally very good. The staff are polite, courteous and very helpful. They give you additional information about your medication.

The staff are very friendly. They give me my prescription when I ask for it. It's fine. More staff to avoid queues would be good.
