Original Feedback for Woodcock Road Surgery:

Deaf

Daughter helping me with this as I don’t use written English , been at this surgery for years. I need BSL Interpreters for all appointments, used to be able to ask Deaf Connexions and they’d book appointment, book interpreter and tell me who Interpreter was, which doctor I was seeing. Now Doctors use D A Languages, I can’t contact them. Staff at surgery don’t sign. I can’t see doctor or nurse. I am so depressed, it is just one big battle. No one cares about Deaf people. I still ask Deaf Connexions for help, they know Deaf world, but doctors won’t use them.
