This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Doing their best in difficult circumstances

I managed to access a dentist recently as they had taken on somebody new. However, before that I had a dental emergency and the practice advised me to call daily but I couldn't ever get an appointment and I felt I had no choice but to go private where the treatment quality was better too. There's an unfair fee structure for NHS dentists, they should receive the same as private. I think services should be nationalised, and that you should be able to get treatments from any practice in the region to ease waiting lists. Overall the practice has a bad system for accessing appointments but they're doing the best they can in very, very difficult circumstances.
