It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

    As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along.     Very hard to contact

    I left a review regarding the online form only being open 6.15am-8am when people are on commutes/school runs etc. they replied to the review to say their online appointment form is open 24/7. I’ve just tried again. It isn’t! The contact form says you can’t use it for medical enquiries. The ‘Get help for any health problem’ form doesn’t work out of 6.15am-8am. The ‘request an appointment’ form has a very short list you can request an appointment for an no field to enter other. I have looked over the website, so where is this magical 24 hour form they say exists? And why isn’t it linked on the home page? It’s so sad how defensive this surgery is rather than listening to patients and remembering they are human.
