Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Reception is frustrating

It's frustrating ringing for an appointment and the receptionist wants to know everything. I called about a water infection and was told to see a pharmacist but I know they'll only give a three-day prescription which doesn't work for me. It's a battle getting past reception, it's frustrating. If I could email the surgery that would be useful as there's something else I'd like to check with a GP. You used to be able to during Covid and I found that quite handy.
